How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Shirtsoutcome Garage Doors should get a fair and honest experience. If you did not, tell us. This page lists what you can raise, how to do it and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- How Shirtsoutcome Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service.
If you are unhappy with work on your door, do this first:
1. Contact the provider directly. 2. Keep written notes of what was said and agreed. 3. Then tell us as well.
Your feedback helps keep the network honest. Providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Shirtsoutcome Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
How to File
Email contact@shirtsoutcome.garden and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened and what outcome you want
What Happens Next
First, we confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we review the matter. That may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If It Is Still Unresolved
If you disagree with our answer, reply and ask for another review. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help.
